⚫️ "ORCA LIVEC ODING": an algorave concert "HACKING THE SOUND"

During the algorave, guests witnessed the creation of music in real time. We coded in various programming environments, while TEK-95 generated sound by coding with the help of Claude.ai!

Anna Pryakhina (Murmansk) is a sound artist, live coder, and multimedia artist who creates technological and sonic objects, as well as custom sound devices. For this concert, she will present a live-coding session using the esoteric programming language Orca.

TEK-95 (Saint Petersburg) is a project by Danila Filatov—a producer, live coder, and DJ whose work spans genres from techno and breakbeat to ghetto electro. His music has been featured at the renowned Boiler Room, Berlin’s Tresor club, and in venues across Bangkok and Istanbul. In November 2025, he debuted Russia’s first techno live set created within the Strudel environment (based on JavaScript) in Saint Petersburg. For this concert, he will build upon that experience by integrating neural networks with physical electronic instruments, controlling the sound through code.

Trophallaxis & Egor Efremov (Moscow) is a duo consisting of live coder Satyart Mishra Sharma and musician Egor Efremov—a researcher at the Museum of Cryptography. Together, they create experimental electronic music inspired by cryptographic algorithms, modular arithmetic, and the history of mathematics. In their work, encryption algorithms generate pseudo-random sequences that control analog and digital synthesizers and drum machines, resulting in hypnotic rhythms and arpeggios.
